New Publication in the Harvard Business Manager

The article examines how established corporations can foster entrepreneurial action and develop new business models through corporate ventures. Based on in-depth case studies from E.ON’s central innovation unit, the study provides rich insights into how internal ventures operate within large organizations and how they balance entrepreneurial agility with strategic alignment.
The publication derives five overarching recommendations that contribute to a deeper understanding of how corporate ventures can support innovation in dynamic and highly complex environments. The findings are relevant for executives, innovation managers, and researchers interested in corporate entrepreneurship, innovation management, and sustainability-oriented innovation.
